1. About us

This store is operated by Pinballs Store Technologies LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Our products

We sell replacement electronic boards and accessories for vintage pinball machines. Most boards are configured for one specific machine. It is your responsibility to select the exact model that matches your machine. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering at contact@pinballs.store and we'll check compatibility free of charge. A board ordered for the wrong model is treated as a change-of-mind return under our Return and Refund Policy.

We make every effort to describe our products and show their photos accurately. Machine photos are shown to help you identify your model and are not part of what is sold.

3. Trademarks and compatibility

Gottlieb, Bally, Williams, Stern and the names of individual pinball machines are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. These names are used only to identify the machines our products are compatible with.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, shipping costs and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Installation and safety

Pinball machines use mains electricity and internal voltages that can cause serious injury. Always disconnect your machine from the power supply before any work. If you are not comfortable working on electrical equipment, have the installation carried out by a qualified technician. You are responsible for installing our products correctly and safely, and for the condition of your machine and its wiring.

8. Limited warranty

Our boards are covered by a 6-month limited warranty (parts and labor) against failures not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification or damage to the machine, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Under this warranty we will, at our option, repair or replace a faulty board at no cost to you.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 6-month period of this limited warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage to your machine or other property resulting from incorrect installation or wiring faults. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Store content

The text, photos, product descriptions and designs on this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
